Audi TT fuel cap stuck Got a quote from an independent repairer, who advised that whole petrol cap needed replacement at a cost of £300+. Ended up taking to an Audi dealer who undertook repair at same cost. A1 authorised repair, although I had to pay at the time, but following day I was fully reimbused less excess fee. I'm sceptical about warranties, but service was excellent, and highly recommend, thank you!

We had an issue where our vehicle wasn’t on the system but this was promptly sorted by Jack. Although we thought that if our vehicle wasn’t on the system, and now it’s only been put on because of an issue they would avoid the claim at all costs, our experience couldn’t have been any difference. A1 approved the claim promptly, contributing a £1000 towards the total £1200 bill. The garage I used preferred me to pay and then claim back from a1. This was a smooth process with payment being made back to me with 24hrs. A pleasant experience with a warranty company, efficient and polite service!

After my car being diagnosed with a potentially very expensive problem, i got in touch with A1 to help sort it out. This was the 1st time i've had this happen and didn't know what to expect. Brad walked me through the whole process and put me at ease throughout. He was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Nothing was too much for him (despite my going into panic mode). I can't recommend A1 Approved, and Brad in particular, enough.

What an amazing service. The process was so quick from the first email to notify of TPMS SYSTEM failure therefor wish to claim under the policy and one phone call to a very helpful lady to confirm what the process is, my car was booked in for a diagnostics on the Thursday, all work done Friday morning and picked up the car Friday afternoon. What can I say it was the smoothest service I’ve ever had. It’s the first time we’ve ever had a warranty on a car but as our son seemed to always be unlucky we got it with his next car purchase. Frankly I never have had faith in the concept of extended car warranties. A1 are the exception to the rule. They have dealt with my claim responsibly, professionally and promptly. The warranty terms are clear, unequivocal and comprehensive. A1 explained the extent of my liabilities and their responsibilities. I am surprised, pleased, and impressed with the way in which A1 dealt with the claim. The staff are polite and friendly. The cost of extending the warranty is quite reasonable and very worthwhile.
