Having never bought a car from a dealership with a warranty included before, I wasn't sure what to expect. In fairness, A1 made it simple when my car developed a problem with the wheel bearing. They called me very quickly and also reimbursed me very quickly (the next day) after I had paid the cost myself initially. Can't fault it!

Frankly I never have had faith in the concept of extended car warranties. A1 are the exception to the rule. They have dealt with my claim responsibly, professionally and promptly. The warranty terms are clear, unequivocal and comprehensive. A1 explained the extent of my liabilities and their responsibilities. I am surprised, pleased, and impressed with the way in which A1 dealt with the claim. The staff are polite and friendly. The cost of extending the warranty is quite reasonable and very worthwhile.
