I recently bought a Suzuki Swift Sport… I recently bought a Suzuki Swift Sport which had an issue with the instrument cluster rev and speedo needles not lighting up. A1 handled the whole process so smoothly and without any fuss at all. I've only ever used one well known warranty company in the past and I have to say my A1 experience was lights years ahead of them in everyway. I would definitely use A1 again for sure

First dealt with a chap call Jack as I was struggling to locate a garage in Glasgow to fix my Mercedes c220, he pointed me in the right direction.... Once the car was in at the garage the claim was dealt and paid by Bradley within a hour after the repair was completed. I must say first time using this cover and it was outstanding from start to finish

Had a standard warranty included with a purchase of an Audi A1. Unluckily had to make a claim within just 12 weeks due to a Mechanical problem that came up ESC in the dash. Emailed A1 approved immediately (as this was late Friday afternoon) and I was very impressed from the beginning, to receive an out of hours response from Bradley, acknowledging receipt of my email and confirming he’d speak to me on Monday in relation to my cars required repair. He gave me details of a garage local to me of where to take the vehicle for investigation into the problem. The standard warranty I had been given didn’t cover all the repair necessary but Bradley agreed to cover the lion share of the repair cost anyway - as a gesture of goodwill - he was AMAZING! He answered the phone every time I rang and returned a call when he said he would. Professional and efficient throughout and as a result I will definitely renew my warranty with A1 in full confidence. Highly recommend.

Five star service 👌 A car I purchased came with a 6 month warranty with A1 approved. I had to make a claim for work being completed by my local garage. I found that the transaction from getting the work completed and being refunded for the invoice was stress free and very fast. I would recommend A1 Approved to anyone thinking about obtaining a warranty.

Spoke to a gentleman called Jack, couldn’t speak more highly with how much pride this man has for his job. I called yesterday with regards to a oil leak on my Mercedes Sl500, he requested a quote and some images and within a hour of the images being sent he emailed Emmy garage with costings for approval.
