Frankly I never have had faith in the concept of extended car warranties. A1 are the exception to the rule. They have dealt with my claim responsibly, professionally and promptly. The warranty terms are clear, unequivocal and comprehensive. A1 explained the extent of my liabilities and their responsibilities. I am surprised, pleased, and impressed with the way in which A1 dealt with the claim. The staff are polite and friendly. The cost of extending the warranty is quite reasonable and very worthwhile. From start to finish (a far speedier time scale than I expected), my dealings with A1 Approved have been minimal but so professional. My Jaguar required specialist parts and A1 had them delivered to my local garage within 24 hours. This enabled my garage to plough ahead, do the work and get my car back to me within the next 24 hrs. I only then had to submit my invoice for the labour and within 5 minutes of this, my account was cleared and the monies refunded. Superb efficiency and excellent customer (and garage) service. I would highly recommend Al Approved they were so helpful from the beginning of my enquiry right up to getting the work done. Everyone on the team was helpful polite and did their utmost to get me a great price on the job (replacement radiator) and see it through. My claim was dealt with professionally and Brad in claims even looked around for best prices so I wasn't left out of pocket. Even though it was a bank holiday weekend they processed my claim really quickly and I was reimbursed within the week. Thank you Al approved your a really lovely team ☺

Audi TT fuel cap stuck Got a quote from an independent repairer, who advised that whole petrol cap needed replacement at a cost of £300+. Ended up taking to an Audi dealer who undertook repair at same cost. A1 authorised repair, although I had to pay at the time, but following day I was fully reimbused less excess fee. I'm sceptical about warranties, but service was excellent, and highly recommend, thank you!
