BMW Roof issue sorted with thanks to A1approved. Recently bought a 2014 BMW Series 4 Convertible and chose to purchase the A1approved years Warranty option. Within a few weeks the roof started playing up, getting stuck down (my worst nightmare scenario!). Had to get it to a roof specialist pronto!!. A frantic, panicky call from me to A1 was met with a calm and composed Bradley. He very quickly put aside my worries and dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. All was sorted by Bradley whilst my car was being repaired. Emailed over my repairs Invoice the evening after the repair was done and true to his word the monies were in my account the next day... amazing service. Really happy with the whole service. Would recommend without fail. One tip though, you must and should call A1approved before you take your car to the garage.
