First dealt with a chap call Jack as I was struggling to locate a garage in Glasgow to fix my Mercedes c220, he pointed me in the right direction.... Once the car was in at the garage the claim was dealt and paid by Bradley within a hour after the repair was completed. What an amazing service. The process was so quick from the first email to notify of TPMS SYSTEM failure therefor wish to claim under the policy and one phone call to a very helpful lady to confirm what the process is, my car was booked in for a diagnostics on the Thursday, all work done Friday morning and picked up the car Friday afternoon. What can I say it was the smoothest service I’ve ever had. It’s the first time we’ve ever had a warranty on a car but as our son seemed to always be unlucky we got it with his next car purchase. Had a standard warranty included with a purchase of an Audi A1. Unluckily had to make a claim within just 12 weeks due to a Mechanical problem that came up ESC in the dash. Emailed A1 approved immediately (as this was late Friday afternoon) and I was very impressed from the beginning, to receive an out of hours response from Bradley, acknowledging receipt of my email and confirming he’d speak to me on Monday in relation to my cars required repair. He gave me details of a garage local to me of where to take the vehicle for investigation into the problem. The standard warranty I had been given didn’t cover all the repair necessary but Bradley agreed to cover the lion share of the repair cost anyway - as a gesture of goodwill - he was AMAZING! He answered the phone every time I rang and returned a call when he said he would. Professional and efficient throughout and as a result I will definitely renew my warranty with A1 in full confidence. Highly recommend.

Five star service 👌 A car I purchased came with a 6 month warranty with A1 approved. I had to make a claim for work being completed by my local garage. I found that the transaction from getting the work completed and being refunded for the invoice was stress free and very fast. I would recommend A1 Approved to anyone thinking about obtaining a warranty.
