I bought a used car from a dealer which came with a warranty from A1 approved. The engine light came on less than a week after having it and it's taken weeks and weeks to get to the bottom of it, but it's finally been sorted! They have been so helpful and patient with me even when I've been frustrated with it having to go back and forward to various garages, and organised a hire car for me (as well as extending it numerous times) which the garage were very surprised at as apparently it never happens. My local garage where it first went in were so impressed by the fast payment, and it's been the same ever since. I can't rate them highly enough - Jack and Brad have been especially great and always good natured and friendly on the phone. I can't rate them highly enough. Thank you!

Five star service 👌 A car I purchased came with a 6 month warranty with A1 approved. I had to make a claim for work being completed by my local garage. I found that the transaction from getting the work completed and being refunded for the invoice was stress free and very fast. I would recommend A1 Approved to anyone thinking about obtaining a warranty.

Audi TT fuel cap stuck Got a quote from an independent repairer, who advised that whole petrol cap needed replacement at a cost of £300+. Ended up taking to an Audi dealer who undertook repair at same cost. A1 authorised repair, although I had to pay at the time, but following day I was fully reimbused less excess fee. I'm sceptical about warranties, but service was excellent, and highly recommend, thank you!

BMW Roof issue sorted with thanks to A1approved. Recently bought a 2014 BMW Series 4 Convertible and chose to purchase the A1approved years Warranty option. Within a few weeks the roof started playing up, getting stuck down (my worst nightmare scenario!). Had to get it to a roof specialist pronto!!. A frantic, panicky call from me to A1 was met with a calm and composed Bradley. He very quickly put aside my worries and dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. All was sorted by Bradley whilst my car was being repaired. Emailed over my repairs Invoice the evening after the repair was done and true to his word the monies were in my account the next day... amazing service. Really happy with the whole service. Would recommend without fail. One tip though, you must and should call A1approved before you take your car to the garage.

I purchased a new car and A1 Approved were the warranty company. It was not a large fault,but nonetheless it was dealt with very promptly,politely and professionally. EXCEPTIONAL. Excellent Warranty Company We are a motor dealer and A1 Approved Warranty is our warranty provider and we cannot be more pleased with the service that they provide to our customers. Having a great warranty company alleviates a lot of stress knowing that when the customers are passed on from ourselves to the warranty company you know they are going to be looked after in a fair and professional manner. We cannot recommend them highly enough, we have used other providers which actively go out of their way to be unhelpful to customers and this simply isn't the case with A1.
