Very impressed with the prompt response and same day agreement to replace the broken coil spring on my car. I paid the garage directly and was even reimbursed the same day! I would highly recommend Al Approved they were so helpful from the beginning of my enquiry right up to getting the work done. Everyone on the team was helpful polite and did their utmost to get me a great price on the job (replacement radiator) and see it through. My claim was dealt with professionally and Brad in claims even looked around for best prices so I wasn't left out of pocket. Even though it was a bank holiday weekend they processed my claim really quickly and I was reimbursed within the week. Thank you Al approved your a really lovely team ☺
