BMW Roof issue sorted with thanks to A1approved. Recently bought a 2014 BMW Series 4 Convertible and chose to purchase the A1approved years Warranty option. Within a few weeks the roof started playing up, getting stuck down (my worst nightmare scenario!). Had to get it to a roof specialist pronto!!. A frantic, panicky call from me to A1 was met with a calm and composed Bradley. He very quickly put aside my worries and dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. All was sorted by Bradley whilst my car was being repaired. Emailed over my repairs Invoice the evening after the repair was done and true to his word the monies were in my account the next day... amazing service. Really happy with the whole service. Would recommend without fail. One tip though, you must and should call A1approved before you take your car to the garage.

Bought a Hybrid Mercedes car £17k and within 10 weeks the hybrid gearbox had failed. The service from A1, unlike from the dealership has been excellent with them covering their share of a £7,600 bill. Good service from Brad, who was always at hand when I called.

We had an issue where our vehicle wasn’t on the system but this was promptly sorted by Jack. Although we thought that if our vehicle wasn’t on the system, and now it’s only been put on because of an issue they would avoid the claim at all costs, our experience couldn’t have been any difference. A1 approved the claim promptly, contributing a £1000 towards the total £1200 bill. The garage I used preferred me to pay and then claim back from a1. This was a smooth process with payment being made back to me with 24hrs. A pleasant experience with a warranty company, efficient and polite service!

Audi TT fuel cap stuck Got a quote from an independent repairer, who advised that whole petrol cap needed replacement at a cost of £300+. Ended up taking to an Audi dealer who undertook repair at same cost. A1 authorised repair, although I had to pay at the time, but following day I was fully reimbused less excess fee. I'm sceptical about warranties, but service was excellent, and highly recommend, thank you!

I would highly recommend Al Approved they were so helpful from the beginning of my enquiry right up to getting the work done. Everyone on the team was helpful polite and did their utmost to get me a great price on the job (replacement radiator) and see it through. My claim was dealt with professionally and Brad in claims even looked around for best prices so I wasn't left out of pocket. I recently bought a Suzuki Swift Sport… I recently bought a Suzuki Swift Sport which had an issue with the instrument cluster rev and speedo needles not lighting up. A1 handled the whole process so smoothly and without any fuss at all. I've only ever used one well known warranty company in the past and I have to say my A1 experience was lights years ahead of them in everyway. I would definitely use A1 again for sure
